Good morning Helen0909 its tai chi for me. I think both are good as they emphasise deep breathing ♥♥♥
I have a DVD (american purchased from amazon) which is especially for coping with copd and asthma. It has excersize and breathing excersize and parts for about 20 mins. I find that very useful.
