I can relate to that .I hate hot weather and summer bring on winter and minus temps .Everyone thinks I'm nuts not liking hot weather but it just stops me in my tracks not fit to do anything .😃🌻🌺🐝

I can relate to that it's the humidity that gets me in summer, I just stay in and wait for a better day ;-)

I find it's not the heat as more the cleanness of the air, I can be abroad with temps in high 30's and because air is cleaner I am better than when at home

I'm sorry too hear about your problems with Asthma, I guess I am lucky that I don't get any problems now with it well under control. I hope your Asthma Nurse can get yours under control so that you will be able to live a more normal life. In my 40's and 50's I used to play squash simply by using the inhalers before going on court and the ventolin inhaler on court if needed, I was determined that I was going to live as normal life as possible and for me it worked.

So I hope you get some luck and it changes your life style.

Thankyou very much I'm on so much medication an have been since a baby just wish I didn't have to take so many but it keeps me alive an asthma at bay just a small part to pay when it could be so much worse
