Hi, I've just taken up cycling again after,,,,,,,over 20 years. I bought a road bike from ebay and I was hoping I get the buzz again. I am finding it hard work, although I am loving it.
How long will it take for me to feel the benefit?

I've had my bike about 2wks now. I can manage not to cough a lung up finally on a short ride. I did 10k this morning. and while my legs are like lead, my chest isn't any more wheezy than usual.
