As well as all my asthma treatments

Im on flixotide 250 4 puffs day and steroid in my seritide 250 twice a day,

could the inhaled steroids give me a moon face like oral steroids do ?....lol glynis

Hi ,

When Im on oral steroids it.happens to me as on them alot .My consultant added flixotide to all my other stuff as daily flixotide and the steroid in Seritide should help keep me off oral steroids.

Just hope 1500 of inhaled steroids don't cause weigh gain or moon face xxx

I have 8 puffs of seretide a day (250 dose) for nearly 18 months now. I've only noticed moonface when on oral steroids for a while.

I am on 2400mcg of Symbicort steroid (pulmicort), and have been for 3 1/2 years Glynis and don't have a moon face.
