Rainy weather

Is anyone else struggling with the strange weather? The combination of cold and rain is really getting to me this week. Have thankfully been good recently but the hail has suddenly set things off. Have had two sudden attacks today which is not like me.

my lungs just won't behave.Lungs so inflamed and so puffed out and coughing bad. Steroids and nebs with my other stuff..glad see my asthma team next week as finding it really hard going..... going hibernate..lol

I don't usually get on with this weather!! But fairly good at the min, it's only making me wheezy!! It has been known to cause attacks though!! Perhaps see if gp has any ideas on mon? See if they can get you any better controlled?
