Off pred for 2 days now an asthma symptoms starting to return.
My best peak flow is 450 and I can only blow 300 this morning my symbicort was increased to 400/12 and I'm takeing up 12 puffs of salbutamol throught my spacer.

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time. I often find breathing improves as the day progresses. My morning peak flow isn't always the best predictor of how the day will turn out. I hope that is the case for you today too.
