I seem to be coping OK on certirizine, montelukast and seretide, however I live in an area which doesn't usually reach HIGH pollen counts fortunately, however this is the first year ive needed an antihistamine for hayfever symptoms. Hope the gp can sort you out.
The pollen seems to be particularly annoying this year!! Its driving me insane!
Hope your GP can sort you out!

I'm thinking of hibernating until the autumn (although I do love the outside). I went to a wedding yesterday and sat outside a lot (not much choice other than sitting at the bar by myself) so am now bright red (I'm very fair) and suffering. Just seen the GP who said it is clearly getting to me (I've not been too mad if I stay in but terrible if I go out) but he has no idea what to change as I'm already on the max he feels confident to prescribe.
Out of interest have you tried a nasal spray as I find these work better for me than the tablets (but I have a post nasal drip and get very blocked sinuses very easily).
I hope the pollen levels go down so we all feel better soon!
