Anyone else suffereing in this heatwave??

Hello haven't been on here for a while so hope everyone is well ish !!. anyway is anyone really suffereing being wheezy in this muggy heatwave.Ive been awful the last 3 days taking my ventolyn every 4 hours??

I'm in Derbyshire and we haven't had much of a heat wave but the humidity is definitely getting to me too.

I find sitting in front of a fan works but that could just be me!

Good news is it's getting cold and wet again soon! Not that I'm one to speak since I pretty much ignore symptoms (oops!) but maybe you should go and see an doctor or asthma nurse?

Thank u Rachel :). IM from Hampshire so we've had temps of between 27 and 32 !!!!. I know its ment to be getting cooler so hopefully that helps. Hope u feel better tooo soon.

It didn't make it past 24 here today and 23 yesterday. Made me wonder what all the fuss was about! To be fair though, I've spent the last few weeks in Spain where the temperature got past 40 most days so everything feels cold.right now!

If humidity is affecting you a lot maybe buy a dehumidifier? I think you can buy plug in ones that aren't too expensive. They do work to an extent.

I wish the temperature could stay at 15 degrees. The cold gets me too!
