Im trying to find what makes my asthma worse besides all main triggers that set my asthma off.
Ive found out that E202 is a big trigger for me but finding it hard to pin point others.
Just wondering if anyone has triggers with aditives ?

I am not sure if it is a co-incidence but if I eat something with Malt in it then my asthma gets worse.
