Just wondered if anyone else gets this?
I've noticed recently at work (a contact centre) that whenever i cough, lots of heads & shoulders suddenly start 'popping up' from various desk and looking at me in anticipation.
Its kind of funny to see in a twisted way..... 
It does sound rather cute, the meerkats popping up to check on you. I think you ought to share your perspective with them!
hehe my colleagues used to comment - not sure about the meerkats - but then they got so used to it I generally got no comments when coughing or taking inhaler (except sometimes, the odd well-meaning but annoying 'have you seen a doctor?' or 'maybe you should do some exercise'.
Maybe you can tell the 'meerkats' that you're looking up insurance on comparethemarket.com and it made you cough?
