Job application

I'm filling in an application form today and it asks whether I have a disability. Do I need to declare my asthma? It's moderate and now mostly well controlled so doesn't affect my ability to do my job, unless I was to get an infection.

I enter mine on the medical questionnaire rather than in the disability section. Unless there is a section for a hidden disability.

I always mention that I have asthma and put in under additional information or on the medical forms.
