Hello Wendy,

working on the ""simplest solution"" principle,I would give the fish another go,cant do any harm.

I have been using Seretide for about 12 months now and at times my skin reverts back to being 15 again-shaving rashes, blotchy patches etc but Im 48!!!-I think its the Seretide but Im no expert on these things-hope it clears up ok.

It is probably the lack of fish oils and all the omega oils that help with general well being and skin health too.

You can try flaxseed oil and or Gamalinolenic acid which is Evening primrose oil.

It is recomended that you eat 2-3 portions of oily fish a week

eg Sardines, herrings makerel etc.

been back on the fish for 3 days now and feeling ROTTEN, perhaps is my body readjusting itself again.
