coming off of pred ...

saw asthma nurse for first time since escapin just over 2 weeks ago after a 2 week stay!!

she wants to see what happens when she reduces my pred form 30 mg - 20 mg.

Pf at mo is 250 max and can drop down to 160 ish in mornings taking my reliver 4 x day as well as prn! when my steroids have been reduced before asthma has always got worse ... i am just a little worried to what will happen as not feeling great at the mo and tryin to avoid the hosp at all costs

any ideas to what i could do if anything to avoid another attack (i can feel one brewing!!)??

btw did spirometery and of was 271 then on pf meter best was 230 ... how come any ides???
