I usually find having sex brings on asthma, just like any other excercise. It makes my nose stuffy as well !

My consultant has a theory that sex produces natural cortisol like prednisolone and that if you have it enough you would not need to take pred!!! Chance would be a fine thing with state of heart and chest!! Could be a research project for someone??????
