hi all,

Just wanted to say that as they are forecasting it to get extremely silly in the next couple of days (37 degrees C in London on wednesday!), please all take care, i know most of you already know but please don't take any risks, if you need the men in green coats don't hold off, would hate to hear any of you have ended up in costa as in-patient!

If you can, it might help to get to the coast, i went 2day and there was a breeze that takes the edge off the heat and the dryness out of the air.

I'm already by the coast....it's not cool but it's cooler than it probably is inland

forcasted 34 degrees over here today!

don't know what the heat ended up here in Manchester, but it was hot hot hot! Boy was I glad for an all day meeting in an air conditioned room - was actually cold by the end of the day - till I walked out into the furnace that was outside that is!!

Hope everyone is doing ok and haven't melted, and that heffalumps are behaving!!
