phone and AUK help

How do I stop my AUK messages going to my mobile phone.had email stoped on my phone and can not

make any and keep getting them from AUK friends. I took the insurance out on new phone and stoped phone email.

Anyone have an idea to try ?

EDIT-all emails and pms and FB from my laptop now

Trying make this clear for people.

Every pm I get on AUK comes up as a text and email to my phone and dont know how to stop it.

ED -its ok sorted the problem,had to get my network provider to block it on their side and from mine .
