Any tips to help with tinitus .sounds like washer on full spin at the moment till settle down again after a virus etc.

You could try having the radio/music on quietly all the time or you can get hold of ""white noise"" recordings which help some people.

It's partly about distracting your brain from the noises in your ears but you have my sympathy because it's horrible.

I often develop a beat and make up tunes to my tinnitus....sad I know!
