So tired

should I be feeling like this.my peak flow is 300/350 with flairup starting yesterday and im so sleepy or is it me ?

If you are feeling tired and you are flaring up, then I suggest you go and pay a visit to your GP. When asthma is not under good control, its tiring to try to breathe as well as maintaining normal oxygen levels.
