Yep I'm on symbicort 400/12 as both a reliever and preventer though normally only the 200/6 is used for that though. Did you have any specific questions?

Just wondered how others who use it were getting on. It's great for me but I know a few people who have never heard of it.
I'm on the SMART method - symibicort for both preventer - 2 puffs twice a day and for reliever as and when needed. During the extreme cold weather of last month, taking up to 8 extra puffs a day. GP disagreed with asthma nurse and changed me to 3 puffs twice a day with reliever changed to Salbutamol. Frightening asthma attack one night, asthma nurse had words with GP and I'm back on her SMART routine. No more probs.
