Just curious.....

Is it just me or does anyone get really chesty and breathless after a meal?

I do if i eat a big meal or somethimg that makes me full, this is because your stomach swells when full and puts pressure on your lungs

I used to suffer like this all the time. Eventually I took food intolerance test; having cut out certain foods I now only suffer if Ihave really overeaten or cheated and eaten something I am intolerant to.

I get breathless ALL the time after meals, especially if i eat too much ive found that potatoes really set me off, im not too sure why and also cider, but thats me own fault :p, but yea definately starchy foods make me breathless and feel very bloated so i try to avoid them most of the time, it may be worth getting some allergy tests? ive never had any just made a note of what does and does not effect me...
