I have been taking the pred for 3 days now and it has improved my breathing a lot. However my chest feels really tight but not tight as in I can't breath but more sore. Is this normal? Is it a result of the pred or the nebulizer they gave me?
Only got a few flakes of snow (gloucesershire) so nothing to get excited about!!!!
Hi, glad the pred is doing its job, would very much doubt that either the nebuliser or pred would make your chest sore, when you say sore do you mean the muscles around your chest area, because if so, when poorly you tend to use those muscles more and can feel a little tender. But if in doubt I would suggest giving your GP a quick phone call, a little reassurance from a GP would be better as it would be inappropriate for any one to give direct medical advice on here. Hope the recovery continues.
