weather and asthma

at last someone has done some actual research into the weather and asthma, Ok it's on children but the results are quite interesting. The weather and humidity several days before are just as important as the day you suffer.

Wow! I always knew weather triggered my asthma, but finally someone has done research, thank you for highlighting that like woody som!

plumie,

thought the link would be useful for you, I know the weather always seems to be major point in your posts, might also be wise not to use the showers when feeling down if you see my other post. Something I'd suspected with the showers at the pool after a swim, but then again another link i could give from todays emails, lists swimming pools as a contributing factor to the likely hood of having asthma, but also says that it's used to help asthmatics as well.

had a realy bad attack lastnight and today.one in the house and one travling to the hospital.but was fine later after taking 5/6 puffs of my inhayler.wonder if it was the weather or change of enviroment.glad when go for my asthma review tomorrow xxx
