That's my thinking too.
i think we've had a few trolls / flamers on here recently whose only desire is to annoy everyone and get reactions. Of course nothing will stop them but the mods do a good job, even so maybe yes a gentle reminder would be good.
I see someone has kindly bumped up the medical advice thread 
You may remind yourselves of the T&Cs by clicking on the link at the lower left corner of the forum page. In particular I would remind people of the condition that they should treat other posters with respect, and be sensitive to the thoughts and feelings of others.
