actually had a full day where i havent wheezed (well not much lol)or had a tight chest or even coughed....fantastic, hope it lasts and hope its catching for everyone suffering at the min xxxxxx

glad you've had a good day! My ellie has taken up residence this evening, silly cough that won't cough up is present & have tight chest tho so not so lucky! Grr

Hi Jay, glad you had a good day - I also had a good day yesterday - managed a 7 mile walk with a couple of gentle ascents. Took my reliever before setting off and apart from a bit of coughing and feeling a bit breathless when eating an ice cream whilst walking along (does anyone else find that eating and doing something else like talking makes them breathless?) I felt realy good and began to wonder if it was all in my head this asthma stuff. But I know its the inhalers doing their job really.

I had a good day today too, without the usual asthma symtoms. Wow! I am thankful.
