Hi everyone. Just joined today. I'm 25 and have had asthma since i was about 7. Unfortunately I wasn't one of those who grew out of it. I'm on 2 inhalers, a nasal spray and tablets to help. Have been on the tablets for 6 months and they should hopefully reduce my need for such a high amount of preventer. I have a review with my GP in just over a week (usually with a nurse) so hopefully I may be able to drop down a dose.
I try not to let asthma control me. I ice skate and play Ice hockey. I also enjoy walking and doing other sports and exercise.
