Just got an inhaler of this to go with other two inhalers. Wondered if anyone else had had experience of it. It was the only drug that worked when I had a severe attack so hoping this might be my wonder drug. Taking 6 - 8 puffs a day. Anyone else tried it and if so how soon did it work for them

Hi there
I used to take the nebulised form of it which was really effective in a severe attack. The inhalers actually seemed to have a bit of an adverse effect on me though which didnt make much sense really. To my knowledge I also used to take a long acting steroid inhaler - I think seretide at the same time. In that respect its not too out of the ordinary I dont think. Dont worry. Hope it works for you. Good Luck.
Hi i either use the inhaler version of this or tends to be nebulised now But have it 2 puffs four times a day when on inhalers and nebulisers four times a day aswell. it works well. i dont eaxactly know how it works but is often used in a severe attack along with salbutamol. On of the drs on the board might be able to help you with how it works and helps.
Gemrad- you may have probs with the inhaler versiona nd not the nebuliser because it may be the propellant that you have problems with not the actual medication.
