Fed up and weepy

Just a grumble to say my low peakflows of 210 are making me feel weepy and grumbly. Family trying to cheer me up which is nice.

Taking more meds. I'm on Symbicort now. 2 puffs twice daily. To use as reliever too. Which I'm doing.

Family took me out for lunch but I couldn't take it all. Felt bad, as daughter was trying to get her 3-year old to finish her meal, and here was Grannie leaving some of hers. Chunky bread sandwiches and a curly leaf salad was beyond me today.

Guess I'm not 100%. Not in need of A&E or anything, just not quite right.
