I would but I am one of those people who even when feeling pants and shouldn't really go in, goes in so i am not one to ask. I am not advocating being reckless but only you know ure asthma. Do what you think is sensible I don't know how quickly you go down hill etc but if it is really affecting you take it easy. Keep an eye on your peak flow etc.

It's gonna be cold for a while so perhaps simple things like wrapping up warm, put a scarf around ure mouth when ure outside and taking ure reliever regularly would be sensible.

Cold weather really affects me, like many other asthma suffers. Be sensible and know ure limits.

Take some reliever now if ure feeling v tight chested.

Hope u feel better

thanks! I've not slept for about 4 weeks not been right since I had pneumonia

Have you had a review with your asthma nurse? I've not had pneumonia but it does take a while to get over...go easy on yourself.
