mouth and nose mask....

Looks like my chest infection has come back again, hopefully we have caught it in time. However, I am really suffering with the changes in temperature. My GP suggest breathing through my scarf. Not easy when you are already short of breath and aren't able to cope with the restriction this can create.

So, does anyone have and suggestions for a mouth and nose mask that will help with changing temps for when I go out side?

I got a mask when I was skiing that covered my mouth and nose, and was on like an elasticy thing. ecom1.sno-ski.com/product54... <<< Something a little bit like that. It was a life saver for me.
