I've just switched to this. I've not felt bits on my tongue but am a bit nervous about reading when its empty. I stopped the 1st one when the red bar was nearly filling the window. Do you know if this is right?
Also, I must remember to load it 2x when opening a new one. Just in case anyone else didn't spot this in the instructions!
Yeah I think its empty when the window is all red, but this is my first one so I'm not certain!
And yeah I didn't read the load twice and spent a full week without taking any (duh, wondered why my symptoms were getting worse instead of better)
Thanks, think I'll only take it to nearly full with the red line though.
You only have to load twice whan you get it out of the box. I started on a day when the pollen was bad and missed the reliever part. Not very obvious in the instructions though!
as its a dry powder inhailer I think bits can get in your mouth, I always see a redidue on my teeth which is why they reccomend brushing your teeth afterwards.
I always thrown mine away when it reaches red as paranoid it will run out lol
