I have this nebuliser as my work horse so to speak, but I'm finding it ridiculously slow. I've tried changing tubing, filters, everything. Nothing seems to be speeding it up. It took it half an hour last night to run 5mls of neb through. Not the best when you're struggling.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried changing the mask and neb chambers etc? It might be that if you're using it a fair bit it has ended up really blocked. Try washing it if you're running low on spares.
Also have you checked the mains connection that it's not come loose or anything. Failing that either ring up hospital where you got it from/ring up Omron and throw a tantrum! If you brought it yourself I'm guessing it's pretty new and still under warantee so they should replace it if it's faulty.
You should be able to secure a replacement pretty quick.
