I know it's come up on here a few times, but I found a free app for iPhones/iPods that allows you to keep track of how many puffs are left in your inhaler.

Ooohhh - that sounds useful. Do they do one for the Blackberry? If not, I could download it to my iPod, but I only use that when I'm torturing myself in the gym, so the phone would be better.

What ever next? How did we all manage before the wonders of ""Apps?
