Head spin

Hello all

Does anyone ever get a head spin, you know like a lack of oxygen.

Since been told I have asthma (May 2006) when I excercise I get dizzy and need my inhaler but afterwards its like a headspin.

Any ideas.

Do you hyperventilate with your asthma? That could cause a head spin. so can taking a lot of inhaler. Mind you sometimes I just feel giddy after taking the first puff of ventolin when i know i haven't hyperventilated.

I think you are right. I should try to control my breathing a bit, hopfully this will stop it. Could be the medication, do you think?
