Not to the best of my knowledge, you can get a ""bad stomach"" on oral steriods.

Not officially but if you swallow a lot of the powder when you inhale it can. It can also give you thrush in the mouth and throat. Make sure you rinse and gargle well after using it and depending on the device use a spacer.
