Hope people are ok , I was speaking to a doc today who asked if i had any allergies and i said ye NSAIDS - ibuprofen etc and Asprin. I said i ve never actually had asprin but since i had an reatcion to ibuprofen gel when i was much yound=ger i was told to avoid it, he then went on to ask about food I said no nothing but mentioned a Low-Salicylate Diet - certain foods i.e. have a high ammount of asprin in ..?

Salicylate, the main ingredient in aspirin, is also found in certain foods. If you are allergic to aspirin or your doctor thinks you have a food allergy, he may recommend a low-salicylate diet.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
Do not take any medicine that contains aspirin. Avoid foods you suspect you may be allergic to. You may eat meat, milk, and other dairy products, but you should not eat the foods listed below.

Thats what i have found out but ieat all those fruit and veg a lot ... so dont think that it does really affect me ... bt does anyone know any more or is on the diet?
