had to go shopping today as it was like old mother hubbard's house but seriously wish i hadnt. nearly passed out a couple of times, wheezing like well like an asthmatic lol and felt like pooh. gunna stay in tomorrow til im better lol or until steroids make me too fat to leave the house-which ever comes first!

Hope you feel better soon! In the mean time if you need any more shopping before the steroids kick in you could do an online shop, that way you only have to put the stuff away, no over-exertion before you're up to it and no having to deal with random triggers. Take care x

Sorry you're still feeling so rough. Good idea about the online shopping. It's good to get fresh air but you mustnt overdo it, especially with shopping. Take care and I hope things improve for you. xx

had a very dodgy night but oddly i feel loads better this morning and am hopeful of a good day without coughing and not being able to breath properly.also have been up since the crack of dawn-beautiful steroids lol.

i have no idea why i didnt do internet shopping,maybe my brain has been affected!

i keep getting told that when im too ill to leave the house i should sit at the back door to get some fresh air, but to be honest there is only so much of looking at same thing before i go slightly mad. had a conversation other day with nurse over what i should and shouldnt be doing-i was wheezing quite bad i have to admit-i had told her that i keep getting told that i cant just sit around all day(like i do!)anyway she said 'well it depends upon what you are getting up for-if its to push the hoover around or walk the big dog of yours then no you shouldnt get up'...see i do know best lol....hope everyone is well xxxx
