Muscle Pain

Hi

Can anyone tell me why when my breathing gets worse I get a lot of pain in my muscles, especially upper arms and shoulders?

because you tighten them and use more muscles when it gets difficult to breathe?!.. I think! I get it too...

Its is because you working different muscles in a an attempt to get air into your lungs. I don't tend to notice them aching but maybe I am so out of it trying to breathe I don't care.
