peak flow

My peak flow today so far is 300 and 150 with no difference in how Iveblown in to it

Obviously I dont know if this applies to your situation ,but the ""pointer"" on my peak flow meter does get a bit stuck sometimes and sometimes shoots up to give a ""false"" reading -usually,there is a bit of resistance as you blow and then the pointer rockets up-Ive learned to tell the difference-but I hope your high reading is the good one!

Maybe you need the asthma nurse to show you correct technique? Can be dificult if you never used one before.
