Sore legs

in my job i have to stand around all day, i find that 3/4 of the way in to my shifts, i find my legs ache and there are sharp pains in my right calf? does this happen to anyone else and is there anything i can do to stop it?

how are your shoes? It's worth getting some that are comfortable for you if you have to stand! I used to work as a cashier and I found my legs would get sore afterwards. Other than that, keep your calves stretched out. Don't know what else to suggest. Hope it gets better

thanks brynne, mike found something on my left leg, but nothing on the right but the knee chronically swells (was told years ago it was growing pains) , gonna speak to the doctor about it, especially as mike found a small lump on the ligament of the left knee.

my shoes are comfy and i have to wear my arch supports in them, flat feet wears shoes at funny angles but give the best foot prints lol!
