i think he is a right ego! He is nothing short of a bully! Its quite good to see celebs gettin knocked down a peg or two every now and then but it comes to a point where it is actually quite hard to watch him being so vile!
What was with sending customers away for complaining their food wasnt hot! Jeeze! Mmm i agree on the head gear too lol!! Xx
For all that he appear to be a really horrible guy, one of my brothers used to work for him and found him to be a good boss. Maybe some of how he portrays himself on telly is for the camera, unlike Gordon Ramsay, who is truly horrid and sacked my brother after half a day for having a cup of tea and stopping work in his tea break !!
Headgear is better than the hair itself.
There are some of his egg recipes in this week's Radio Times, and he comes across as a pompous idiot in the way he talks about whisking the eggs for an omelette as ""killing the dish before you start"".

Marco is all about attitude, and his own brand of philosophy and psychology -in so far as reading other people goes. He will look at the way someone has made a sandwich for instance, and rather than comment on that he will make an observation about their life!
The food, good as it may be, is somewhat of a side show!!
The head gear may indeed be borrowed from a Middle East war zone!

I actually dont think he has been all that agressive during the bits I have seen and he certainly hasnt descended into the kind of swearfests that Ramsay has.
