pancakes!!

Who has remembered that today is Pancake day? If so what is your favourite topping?

Have to admit im a traditionalist and have lemon and sugar but kids have choc sauce sometimes with bananas.

mmm, mum made a HUGE stack of pancakes ... again i love lemon and suga but maple syrup is nice !!

had to forego as only like sugar and lemon and as sugars sky high couldnt chance a sneeky one else would be peeing even more than every hour 2nite!! dad insisted on me making him some, did have some frozen aunt bessies but he wouldnt entertain me with them!! i couldnt realy say no when he said hed fancied them all day and at mo his appitite so dodgy with chemo so did them and he was suiteably impressed!!

I had chocolate ice cream with my pancakes today an it was yummy!!!!!!!!!!

I had pancakes with cheese first and then pancakes with lemon and sugar afterwards. I've eaten too many and fear that I may be about to turn into a pancake.

I had 2 with lancashire cheese on and one with lemon & sugar!

Also had a diddy one with what was left with the batter - scoffed that one with nowt on.

My pancakes actually worked this year - made with soya milk , flour and a tbs of cornflour!
