Meanwhile ,in the trenches.............

..many of you will no doubt have heard of the stories of the British and German soldiers having a Christmas armistice and playing football together during World War 1 but,less well known,is that when the troops returned to the trenches,the Germans hoisted a banner saying ""Gott mitt uns"" (God is with us)-moments later our lads hoisted a reply ""We Got Mittens Too""
