The guy’s a legend. With the right training it would just be a matter of time before Usain (Insane!) Bolt could break Michael Johnson’s world record time for the 400 making Usain the greatest sprinter ever.

For a repeat of breaking his own latest 100 world record see link below. Truly inspirational.

Don’t blink!

Hi my son who is 9 is in awe of Usain Bolt. Matty has crash asthma and is sports mad, he can run 60 meters in just over 8 seconds at the moment and is practising every day.He wants to be the fastest runner ever but I think he might kill himself trying! who am I to stop him, he says his asthma makes him run faster.I think it makes him more determined. He keep his inhaler stuffed in his pocket and needs it regularly.Last year when Matty was racing my friend jokingly said ""has he been tested for steroids!!""He thought that was funny. I wonder how many people competing at the athletics are asthmatic? it would be interesting to know. We had to look up all the asthmatic olympians last year!
