Just wondering if anyone gets unsual warning signs before they have an attack?

I always getting kinda light headed and 'woozy', then the tight chest, breathless, weezy etc starts(or gets worse).

Just curious if anyone else gets this or if i'm just a weirdo! lol

HeatherW, have a look at the topic ""signs of an attack"" under medical. Always a good idea to look before you do a new post as there has some duplicates recently.

Heather - have bumped up the latest thread on the topic. I get the same as you so no, you are not a weirdo! xx

No Heather you are not weird I get similar symptoms plus an overwhelming desire to go to sleep.

I always thought my woozy head was due to not eating every 3 hours but maybe its the asthma. Thanks for the warning, Weirdo :)
