Does everyone have care plans for their children in school?

You should have some sort of plan in place with school. This link may help.

Hiya , I have a care plan in school for Shane and found the SENCO, school nurse, first aiders and anyone involved in the plan very helpful. Shanes plan is reviewed every 3 - 6 months and he has spent more time in school than out due to the plan and them having the nebuliser in school too. Shanes in yr 2 and currently has an attendance of 82%, We had the offical letters ect of possible prosicution blah blah, but his percentage has gotten better over time. When in nursery he had a 59% attendance, although they didnt have much concern then, in reception it was alittle better 64% and yr 1 was 69%, so it has helped a great deal in his attendance levels.
