Eyes going funny! !!!

Help does anyone else suffer with their eyes I have recently had my eyes tested and when I put my glasses on it doesn't get better its like im over focusing on things???

Yes,I have to focus a little harder sometimes,my eyes are fine so I put it down to anxiety messing with my system.Also,my eyes always feel heavy even when not tired,guess its part of this condition,oh joy!!!!!!!!!

Hi love i get this have also been feeling really dizzy and light headed this week its so awful and our anxiety makes it 100 times worse so know how you feel hun xxx

I often have this slight dizziness, especially after bending down or feeling a bit panicky, I think it can be the medication or another part of the anxiety. Sometimes when i have a loo visit slight unbalance will come over me while sitting there, Anxious people usually feel more stressed when confined to a certain space or position it triggesr all sort of feelings. Try to let it go by and realise it won't do you any harm. Hugs from cotonroad
