and have you found them any good ?

I went to see my GP , they refered me to MH , someone came to see me , then they assest me , nothing frightening at all , just talked to me about how I felt etc , then after they thought as well as me as you do have a say in what you want , or should I say dont want , but it was thought best I should see a phycologist , which now I am on the waiting list for

Not sure if thats what you were meaning about seeing one , maybe they see people long term , but I was jusy assest by one

You could give it a try , if you felt at any time you were not happy , you can say so

You will have to let us no if you do
