feelings again

Do any one get feelings that there heart is going to stop or is it me being stupid

Not stupid mate,

I know I spend way too long sometimes thinking about my irregular heart rate, at times I think I'll bring on an attack just worrying about it, that and thinking I've got a brain tumor every time I get a pain in my head lol xxxx

Hi, im totally scared of clapping out, I get alot of heart pulpatations and they really scare me. Not just you really x

No its not you.

Its when I start to listen to my heart rate, I am keep thinking its missing beats , I keep awake afraid of allowing myself to sleep ,,, thinking I wont wake up again.

When my body starts to relax then the heart does I am sure slow down to what is normal. I think its the fear that makes it goes faster, my mind is getting the thoughts going , and it like a circle of fear.
