CBT Got cancelled

I am a bit disappointed as my first CBT session got cancelled today as the therapists car broke down.

I can imagine , I bet you were looking forward to it , as well as been maybe a little apprehensive

The nxt session will soon come round & good luck with it & let us no how it goes

Sorry to hear your therapist cancelled today but could not be avoided i suppose.

Last week mine was cancelled as she was unwell. after i had built up enough courage to go but everything now is back on track.

Hope the next session goes well and wish you the best of luck
