is anxiety always worse when you wake up in the morning for any1?
Hi Warkie, Yes I am at my worst in a morning so your not wrong there. If you can arrange someone to text you at a certain time to check that may be easier for you. If it's any help, I don't think anyone has ever actually passed out with anxiety, feels like it oh yes!. Is there someone you trust to check on you? I hope so love xxxxxxxxxxxx
Hi. Warkie. Ella is right; I have never herd of anyone with nervous illness passing out. You THINK you will and that adds to the already present anxiety.
Mornings can be a bad time. This is because our metabolism is at its lowest. This is the rate at which our body is able to use energy. It is low because we have rested and the return of anxiety strikes like a blow. "Oh my God! "IT" is back. Woke up for a moment thinking it had gone; Oh dear". Now this is quite normal and it does NOT mean you will have a bad day. But the more you flog yourself with FEAR the more "IT" will be strengthened. Try and accept how you feel for the moment. Don't try and 'fight' your way out. You will not succeed and will use more energy in the process. Your little girl will be OK because Mummy is NOT going to pass out. Love and blessings jonathan.
Hi, my heart bled a little when i read your post an i felt compeled to give you hope. I was anxious and also suffered depression most of my life. Ocassionally when walking i felt the ground moving under my feet (i now put this down to anxiety and increased blood pressure). After many years ,and therapies i am now at peace; only because i finally realised what life is. The minute a baby is born it wants its own way, throughout our life this continues, until i realised that in gods great plan i was not that important--especially out of the population of the world--to think that everything to go MY way.......I told my grandchildren that god only made one MY WAY for every ten people. And if they stood in a circle with their friends they might get a chance to get a kick of that ball--or even hold onto it for a while--but sooner or later they must pass it on to remain in the game.....so the next time they felt sad that life was not going their way...just to think "its just someone elses turn for a kick of that ball
In reality i then realised evry time i felt Anxious, sad, angry, jealous (ie negative emotions) it was because sub-conciously i felt something was not going MY WAY. Only when i stopped trying to control and excepted things as just another life event did i find peace.....I hope god will be good to you-xxxx.
